Penthouse two west

La BIBLIOTHÈQUE

Architectural details inspired by the light and futuristic design language of Eero Saarinen lend the West Mountain Penthouses a unique character. In La Bibliothèque, custom brass details and uplights accentuate the special moments throughout, from an arched wine cellar to a custom brass bookshelf connecting two floors, featuring a library curated by Taschen Books. A multitude of outdoor terraces allow residents to soak up the setting sun in the evenings and watch as the sumac trees create dancing shadows on the curved and arched interior walls.

We see our projects as active engagements with community, as part of a dialogue between what is built, the place where it is situated and the people who live there. Our projects are conceptualized and designed with an awareness of a much larger urban narrative. We look forward to sharing more information about King Street and continuing the conversation around urbanism in Toronto.
